HealthCor Partners Management, L.P. ("HealthCor Partners"), is a registered investment advisor with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Together with its affiliate, HealthCor Partners has approximately $400 million of capital commitments dedicated to healthcare private equity investments.

HealthCor Partners invests primarily in growth equity and later stage developmental companies across all sectors of the healthcare and life sciences industry. HealthCor Partners is an affiliate of HealthCor Management, L.P. ("HealthCor Management"), a registered investment advisor with the SEC providing investment management services to several privately offered pooled investment funds primarily in the healthcare and life sciences sector. HealthCor Management centers its investment strategy on in-depth and fundamental research. Together, HealthCor Partners and HealthCor Management comprise the HealthCor Group. The HealthCor Group, through its Principals and investment professionals, has developed deep institutional knowledge of and extensive contacts across the healthcare and life sciences industry.
